LeadDeck Integration

This page documents the FSBO lead data sent to the LeadDeck from the PPT-Fizbonanza Server (ppt-fiz). Once a week ppt-fiz will send on behalf of users whom subscribed to the "LeadDeck" push service fsbo queries to LeadDeck servers. Additionally, a push is sent at the time a user subscribes to the service. Multiple queries may be sent on behalf of one user.

Request Behavior & Limits​

  • Maximum payload size: 5 MB per request.
  • Retry policy: If a request fails, one additional retry attempt will be made (2 total attempts). The retry delay is currently undefined. If both attempts fail, no further action will be taken.
  • Null semantics: A null value for any field indicates the absence of a value. It does NOT signal that a previously delivered value should be deleted.

Request Headers​

  • X-Service-API-Key (string) - the API key for the provided service (e.g. LeadDeck) with a maximum length of 50 characters.
  • X-Data-Source (string) - a string value of "ppt-fiz"
  • X-Idempotency-Key (string) - a unique delivery identifier. Retry deliveries will use the same id.

Request Body​

Request body is JSON encoded.

  • queryList (array of Query) - a list of query search terms. Includes metadata for fsbo query
  • fsbos (array of FsboLead) - a list of fsbo leads. A maximum of 300 records will be sent per query.

Query Schema (Query)​

A unique query hash can be formed by concatenating the value field with the radius field.

  • type (string) - value of either "zipcode" or "text"
  • value (string) - raw query value/search term
  • radius (radius, optional, default 0) - length of radius from query which query should include. The metric unit used is miles.

FSBO Schema (FsboLead)​

  • href (string, unique) - The full URL of the original listing page where the FSBO was found. Serves as the natural unique identifier for a listing across the system. This value is stable across weekly deliveries.

  • postalCode (string) - The ZIP or postal code for the property location.

  • schemaVersion (string, default: "v0.1.0") - Tracks the version of the data model schema.

  • price (number, optional, default: 0) - The asking price of the property in USD.

  • rawListingDate (string or null, optional, default: null) - The raw, unparsed listing Date string as it appeared on the source website. Preserved for reference or reprocessing.

  • sqft (number, optional, default: 0) - The total square footage of the property.

  • bedrooms (number, optional, default: 0) - The number of bedrooms in the property.

  • bathrooms (number, optional, default: 0) - The number of bathrooms in the property.

  • yearBuilt (number, optional, default: 0) - The year the property was originally constructed. A value of 0 indicates the year is unknown or unavailable.

  • description (string or null, optional, default: null) - The listing description as written by the seller. May contain details about the property, neighborhood, or terms of sale.

  • propertyType (string or null, optional, default: null) - The category of the property (e.g. "single family", "condo", "townhouse").

  • contactName (string or null, optional, default: null) - The name of the person to contact about the listing (typically the owner).

  • contactPhone (string or null, optional, default: null) - The phone number of the contact person for this listing.

  • contactEmail (string or null, optional, default: null) - The email address of the contact person for this listing.

  • fullAddress (string or null, optional) - The complete address of the property as a single unbroken string. Useful when a structured breakdown is not available.

  • address (string or null, optional, default: null) - The primary street address line (e.g. "123 Main St").

  • secondAddress (string or null, optional, default: null) - The secondary address line such as an apartment or unit number (e.g. "Apt 4B").

  • city (string or null, optional, default: null) - The city in which the property is located.

  • state (string or null, optional, default: null) - The state in which the property is located (e.g. "TX", "California").

  • country (string or null, optional, default: null) - The country in which the property is located.
